The
Reservation and Guest Service Expert
is responsible for helping customers with various questions about our hotel and services plus the administrative flow from incoming reservations. You work from Monday to Friday during business hours on-site and/or from home (1 day per week). You start your day with a set daily checks and tasks in our Property Management System - Opera, and will continue to handle reservations for both individual guests and leisure groups. You have a heart for hospitality and are eager to help customers by emphasizing their needs. You are able to anticipate with the best suitable solutions for every problem.
