As Head of Finance, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. This includes managing our accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Your expertise in Belgian nonprofit financial regulations and donor requirements will be invaluable in ensuring that our finances are always in order.

You will also be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as managing our cash flow and forecasts.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a financial management role in a Belgian non-profit.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian accounting standards and nonprofit regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. WinBooks, Exact Online) and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch or French and English language skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on mentality and attention to detail.
• Strong people, communication, and negotiation skills.
