Junior IT Testing Manager

Position: IT Testing Manager

About the Role:

We’re supporting one of our Global Biopharmaceutical client's exciting IT Testing Manager hire based in Braine-l'alleud, Belgium (Hybrid, 2 days onsite).

The successful candidate will support IT testing across various systems, including computerized systems, websites, and manufacturing equipment (within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.)

This is an ideal opportunity for a junior tester (1–2 years of experience) eager to build structured GxP testing experience in a global organization. This is a fluid, hybrid-based position (ongoing contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define testing strategy in collaboration with the Testing Lead for each project
• Write and contribute to GxP documentation (test plans, reports, etc.)
• Plan and coordinate testing resources
• Design and execute functional test scripts using appropriate tools
• Advocate for high-quality defect resolution and proper testing coverage

Required Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of computerized testing processes (ISTQB, TMAP, GAMP, etc.)
• Experience in manual functional testing frameworks
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluency in English and French
• 1–2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in pharmaceutical or financial industries
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OpenText ALM, Browser Stack, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
