🚀 Account Executive - Belgium 🚀



My client are setting the standard in Identity and Access Management (IAM). With over 150 dedicated professionals, they're on a mission to revolutionize digital security. Are you an ambitious Account Executive ready to make an impact? My client are expanding into Belgium after huge success in other regions of the Benelux and Switzerland and need your expertise to drive new business growth!



About the Role:

As their Account Executive, you'll lead their expansion into Belgium by acquiring new customers and providing top-notch IAM solutions. This position doesn't require current IAM selling experince just cyber sales and a hunger to become a sole contributor taking over all existing accounts generated by the CSO. You'll report directly to my clients C-level suite you will be given free reign to develop and capitalize on a new market and single handedly drive the expansion



Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure customer success
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Drive sales team success through proactive engagement
  • 90-100% new business in first year



What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, in IT/Security
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision
  • Solution-oriented thinking and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Office365
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch or French & English
  • Knowledge of Salespoint or Okta



Additional Information:

  • Base €87,900
  • Uncapped Commission structure
  • One day a week required in the Kontich office
