Qualitative Researcher

We are expanding our team and looking for a senior Qualitative Researcher for our offices in Antwerp, Ghent, or Brussels. Do you want to lead inspiring projects, think along on exciting business questions, and develop strategies that truly make an impact? If so, keep reading.

What you can expect in this role:

You’ll have the opportunity to lead challenging, in-depth projects, both locally and internationally. No routine work, but varied and dynamic assignments where you can really make a difference. You will be hands-on in conducting qualitative research and translating insights into concrete strategic recommendations that help businesses and brands grow. You’ll work in an informal and dynamic environment where collaboration is central, while engaging with different cultures thanks to the international character of the role. Your profile

• You are highly curious and eager to understand people and cultures.
• You are driven by a strong ambition to translate research and analysis into concrete strategic and tactical recommendations.
• You are excited to lead projects and design and conduct research for a wide range of clients and sectors
• You dare to think further and outside the box.
• Your experience shows a passion for qualitative (market) research, and you know better than anyone how to turn results into actionable ideas for clients.
• Ideally, you have 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• You enjoy client contact and are capable of building long-term relationships.
• You are confident in presenting research results and recommendations.
• You have hands-on experience as a qualitative researcher and are eager to work internationally.
• You are flexible: research may also take place in the evening or abroad.
• You hold a driver’s license B and a master’s degree.
• We are looking for two candidates: one native French speaker and one native Dutch speaker. A strong command of English is also required.
