SAP Fullstack Software Engineer & Architect – Brussels | Dec 2025 Start

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior SAP Fullstack Software Engineer & Architect to lead the design, development, and management of SAP solutions across ABAP, UI5, and S/4HANA. You will oversee architecture, guide a team of developers, and ensure seamless delivery in an Agile environment.

Location: Brussels – Full-time

Start Date: 01 December 2025

End Date: 30 November 2030

Role:

You will coordinate a team of 12 developers, design robust application architectures, actively participate in development, and manage releases including hypercare. Acting as a bridge between functional profiles and technical developers, you will ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects using Agile methodology and SCRUM practices.
• Design and propose scalable, maintainable SAP architectures.
• Develop in ABAP, S/4HANA, and UI5/Fiori; conduct unit testing.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project releases.
• Foster collaboration between technical and functional teams.
• Demonstrate initiative with structured, proactive organizational skills.

Skills:

• SAP UI5 / Fiori (≥5 years)
• ABAP OO (≥5 years)
• Team management (10+ people)
• Agile Project Management (≥2 years)
• SCRUM Master experience
• S/4HANA, CI/CD, GIT
• RESTful ABAP programming
• Experience in build/construction projects a plus
