About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled consultant to join our team. As a Strategic Process Consultant , you will be responsible for providing expert advice on business process improvement and implementing strategic initiatives across various departments. You will analyze current processes and identify areas for optimization, develop comprehensive plans to implement changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for IT
* Perform impact analysis of new processes and determine gaps between as-is and to-be situations
* Design and document new processes
* Coordinate testing strategies and follow up on test results
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
* A proven track record in business or process analysis
* Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and creativity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and Dutch (bonus point for additional languages)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Prince 2, PMI, Agile) and tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect)
* Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (e.g., ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML)
