About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to senior stakeholders across multiple projects and programs. This includes developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for process enhancements.

Furthermore, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and risk registers.

Your expertise in project management tools and techniques, combined with your ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, will be invaluable assets to our team.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in project governance, with experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. You should be proficient in project management tools and techniques, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of IT environments, business processes, and technical limitations.

A Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred, but not essential. What is essential is your passion for project governance, your commitment to delivering high-quality results, and your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and risk registers.
• Provide strategic support to senior stakeholders across multiple projects and programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project governance, with experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid understanding of IT environments, business processes, and technical limitations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
