As a Service Engineer at ABB, you will be the technical expert our clients rely on to keep their operations running smoothly. You#39;ll work with smart instrumentation and analyzers across a variety of industries, combining hands-on service with customer interaction and problem-solving. /p pThis is a role where no two days are the same. One day you will focus on maintenance-ensuring our smart instrumentation and analyzers perform reliably over time, the next you might be commissioning a new system or troubleshooting a complex issue. /p pThis is a hands-on role where you will be out in the field, working with cutting-edge technology and building strong relationships with customers. You#39;ll be part of a team that values initiative, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. /ppbr /You will be mainly accountable for: /pullipPerform routine service tasks to keep ABB equipment operating at peak performance. /p /lilipInstall and configure new instrumentation and analyzer systems at customer sites. /p /lilipDiagnose and resolve technical issues-both remotely and on-site-to minimize downtime. /p /lilipProvide technical advice and training to customers on system operation and maintenance. /p /lilipSupport the sales team with technical insights and service recommendations. /p /lilipPrepare service reports and ensure all activities are properly recorded and signed off. /p /lilipIdentify opportunities to improve service methods, tools, and applications. /p /lilipAbove all, make our customers feel supported, informed, and confident in our solutions. /p /li /ul pThe work model for the role is remote / hybrid. /ppWe value people from different backgrounds.
