Administration Manager/coordinator


Job description As our new Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Country Manager and be a central figure in keeping the daily operations running smoothly and ensuring a great working atmosphere.
Some of the tasks will be:
Oversee office and warehouse coordination and assist with staff-related tasks such as on-boarding.
Monitor invoicing, bookkeeping, VAT, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with financial and company policies
Coordinate customer support
Workplace and further information: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Zaventem (Pharma Nord BV, Minervastraat 14, 1930).

Languages required: Dutch, French, and English.
