Channel Development Manager


Channel Developer (Reseller Recruitment) – ServersCheck

Purpose of the role

Grow our ServersCheck sales channel by finding, recruiting, and activating new resellers serving SME customers. You’ll build a healthy partner pipeline, onboard new partners, and turn them into predictable revenue contributors.


Location

On-site in Belgium (near Zaventem train station; next to bus line 358).


You will:

  • Identify, contact, and recruit new resellers/VARs for the ServersCheck product line (SME focus).
  • Own the end-to-end partner journey: prospect → qualification → onboarding → enablement → first deals → growth.
  • Create clear partner enablement materials (quick-start guides, price lists, bundles, FAQs) and deliver product training.
  • Build repeatable co-marketing and lead-sharing motions with partners to accelerate their first wins.
  • Track partner pipeline and forecast accurately in our CRM; report progress and risks.
  • Work closely with Product & Marketing to relay market feedback and sharpen our SME value proposition.
  • Coordinate with our operations team for smooth quoting, stocking, and shipping flows to/through partners.
  • Represent ServersCheck at relevant industry events and virtual roadshows when needed.


What you bring:

  • 3+ years of channel sales/business development experience (resellers, distributors, or VARs).
  • Demonstrable success building or expanding a partner network, ideally in IT/OT monitoring, sensors, or related hardware/SaaS.
  • Hands-on prospecting skills (outreach, events, LinkedIn, referrals) and strong negotiation & closing acumen.
  • Clear communicator with training/enablement chops and a service mindset toward partners.
  • Organized, data-driven, and comfortable with CRM and basic pipeline metrics.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA when needed (light to moderate).


Nice to have:

  • Experience selling to SMEs and understanding their buying journey.
  • Familiarity with environment & infrastructure monitoring for server rooms, edge sites, or small data centers.
  • Track record creating simple partner programs (tiers, incentives, SPIFFs, MDF).
