Job Title: Operations Director

Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Salary range: 120,000-130,000 Euros + 20% Bonus and other benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and optimize our clients operations in Antwerp. The ideal candidate will combine strong strategy, supply chain expertise with a commercial mindset, driving efficiency, people growth, and customer satisfaction across their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations, including supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to align operations with business goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team.
• Work closely with other European Plants to drive operational Excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years proven experience in operations leadership, with a strong focus on supply chain management.
• Solid commercial and business acumen and experience driving business growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, other European languages is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing dynamic environment.
