Senior IAM Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable IAM solutions across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that digital identities are managed effectively, access is granted appropriately, and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures
• Lead the implementation of IAM solutions (e.g., SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning/deprovisioning)
• Analyze and resolve access-related incidents and requests
• Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, and Compliance teams to align IAM strategies
• Conduct regular audits and access reviews to ensure compliance
• Monitor IAM systems and recommend improvements for performance and security
• Stay current with IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in IAM roles (minimum 5 years)
• Strong knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk)
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, etc.) are a plus
