Role Overview
As a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable IAM solutions across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that digital identities are managed effectively, access is granted appropriately, and compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead the implementation of IAM solutions (e.g., SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning/deprovisioning)
- Analyze and resolve access-related incidents and requests
- Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, and Compliance teams to align IAM strategies
- Conduct regular audits and access reviews to ensure compliance
- Monitor IAM systems and recommend improvements for performance and security
- Stay current with IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in IAM roles (minimum 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk)
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Experience with identity lifecycle management and access governance
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, etc.) are a plus
