FPGA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled FPGA Engineer to join our engineering team and support the development of advanced electronic systems for mission-critical applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and verifying FPGA-based solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with demanding industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify FPGA architectures for embedded systems.
• Develop HDL (VHDL/Verilog) code and integrate into larger hardware/software platforms.
• Perform simulation, synthesis, and timing analysis to ensure robust operation.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams to define requirements and interfaces.
• Support validation, testing, and qualification of FPGA designs.
• Document designs in line with certification and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA design (VHDL/Verilog, Xilinx/Intel toolchains).
• Strong background in digital design, signal processing, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with high-speed interfaces (Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety-critical or regulated environments (DO-254, IEC 61508, etc.) desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
