Market Officer


in KINTO EUROPE in Brussels


We are looking for a Market Officer in our new established office in Brussels to support KINTO Europe’s Senior Management in decision making, governance, strategy and development of business within European markets.

Support our KINTO Europe’s Senior Management in decision making, governance, strategy and development of business within European markets.

  • Through implementing, supporting and further developing existing KINTO Markets in accordance with strategies and targets defined
  • Through monitoring and review of business performance and reporting
  • Through supporting the establishment of new country markets and business opportunities as identified by Mobility (Business) Management

In addition, a governance & reporting system is to be implemented to ensure correct implementation and on-going compliance with European guidelines.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with and act as a liaison between entities and markets.
  • Country Management: Establish, introduce & continuously evolve the pan-E business strategy framework for Mobility asset-based services/products incl. profitability structure and regular performance analysis and reporting.
  • In alignment with the strategy, build & evolve the Business Strategy organisation on European level to support roll-out and on-going governance of mobility business across Europe.
  • In the mid-term help the local markets in establishing an operational organisation to operate mobility business.
  • In close coordination with the Product & Operations team, support the analysis and evolution of the pan-E product strategy framework to further improve the Business growth.
  • Monthly review of business performance including analysis of KPI´s and reporting thereof to Regional Management.
  • Communication to existing locations of operational and strategic guidelines and policies established at Regional level, to ensure clear understanding and implementation by local management
  • Identify and implement synergies strategies across countries, including time & cost savings
  • Assist/guide local entities in seeking approval for mobility products e.g., vehicle subscription, carsharing, from KINTO Europe HQ.
  • Organise activities to share key initiatives and learnings between local entities and the KEU HQ
  • Resource management of internal and external project resources
  • Regular reporting to management on status of projects


Your Profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience in business and/or product strategy, project management or fleet industry
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills
  • Business management – projects, budget, reporting etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different stakeholders in different entities and achieve consensus.
  • Strong communication skills to high level stakeholders
  • Ability to work across multiple projects in parallel.
  • Have a strategic orientation and high level of business and people acumen.
  • English on Business level
