Billing & Data Analyst

As a Billing & Data Analyst, you ensure a seamless translation of operational performance into accurate invoicing and reliable reporting. You work across multiple sites and act as the link between operations, administration, and finance. This role requires not only precision but also a deep understanding of how data flows work and how they can be improved.

What you will do

• Manage the daily invoicing flow based on registrations in WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
• Validate performance data, additional costs, and master data to ensure correct invoicing.
• Coordinate monthly closings in close collaboration with the finance team.
• Create reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• At least three years of experience in invoicing, administration, or data analysis within an operational context.
• Proficient with WMS/TMS/ERP systems and strong in Excel. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• You understand the interplay between performance tracking, data flows, and master data.
• Critical thinker, well-structured, and a clear communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and professional-level English; French is a plus.

• Map out the invoicing flow per site.
