Designing & building innovative digital products & services takes more than just a bunch of designers & developers. It requires managing a dedicated team with a clear vision and keeping an open communication with the different stakeholders. And that's where you come in!

What you will do

• Manage digital projects from start to finish, from kickoff to go live and a team dinner to celebrate
• Lead and motivate teams and developers
• Keep schedules and budgets on track in a dynamic agency environment
• Guide, advise and excite clients throughout the process
• Collaborate with developers, designers, analysts and support teams
• Keep an eye on innovation and digital trends

What we're looking for in a Digital Project Manager

• Three to five years of experience as a project manager in an agency
• Eager to work in our Ghent and Kontich offices
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
• Analytical and creative, you see opportunities and solutions
• Structured, organised and a real team player
• A hands on mindset and high standards for yourself and colleagues
• Experience with CMS platforms like Drupal, Craft or WordPress is a plus
• Familiarity with SCRUM, Agile or Prince2 is an extra asset
• Native Dutch & Fluent in English
