Manager Talent Acquisition - Project Sourcing

Scope of the Role

Our Project Sourcing team is building a Talent Acquisition Central Hub to attract top project consultants across multiple locations in Belgium. We are seeking a dynamic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead this initiative.

In this role you will be responsible for building and managing a team, collaborating closely with business leaders, and ensuring we identify, attract, and retain the best finance professionals. You will act as a strategic partner to the business while driving innovative recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Activities for this position may include, but are not limited to, some or all the following, depending upon size of the business and market needs:

• Proactively source and attract top talent using multiple channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle , including offers, salary and benefits negotiations, and contract management.
• Build and lead a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Define the talent acquisition strategy together with the Director Project Sourcing.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Act as the ambassador of our employer brand , representing the company at campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.
• Support the onboarding process of project consultants to ensure smooth integration.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on sourcing and placement.
• Experience leading a team is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and tools .
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English .
• Solution-oriented and innovative , with a creative mindset for attracting and engaging talent.
• Willing to work in different locations
