Technical Support Officer

For our Belgian office located in Hamme, we are currently looking for a new colleague to join our tech support team. Are you the one?!

What will you do?

As a Technical Support Associate, you are the link between our customers and their orders. You thrive on combining technical questions with commercial customer contact. In practice, this means you will:

• Support customers with questions about our products and orders.
• Advise and think along on technical solutions.
• Coordinate daily with colleagues and customers, using your technical knowledge to provide solutions.

Who you are?

• You are fluent in both French and Dutch (a large share of our customers is French-speaking).
• You have a technical background and are eager to deepen your expertise.
• You enjoy customer contact and work in a solution-oriented way.
• You are an enthusiastic team player with commercial flair.
