Your Impact

As a Strategy Consultant, you will:

• Organise and facilitate workshops with C-level executives on the strategic value of data & AI.
• Assess the maturity of data and AI, helping clients understand where they stand today.
• Translate business ambitions into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Inspire and coach senior stakeholders to become true ambassadors of data and AI.

Every project is different. One week you might be helping a healthcare provider redesign their data strategy, the next you could be shaping an AI readiness plan for a global manufacturer. What unites them all: you’ll always work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for ambitious, driven, and curious people who want to make a real impact. You combine sharp thinking with clear communication, and you’re eager to grow by tackling challenges head-on.

Concretely:

• A master’s degree in economics, business, data/AI, or related fields.
• Minimum two years’ experience in management consulting or a similarly dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a natural talent for storytelling.
• A strategic mindset: business-first with an interest in being on top of the AI evolution.
• Getting-things-done attitude.
• Proactive mindset and result-oriented.
