THE ROLE

Whether you see yourself as the Steve Jobs or Mr. Smithers of this team we can assure you that you might have to be both.

In a nutshell we are looking for someone who can inspire, motivate, and coach a diverse sales team within the BDR, AE and CSM field.

THIS INCLUDES:

• Day-to-day coaching and support of 15 FTE's
• Following-up on career and growth opportunities for your team
• Developing insights and reports towards management to improve the sales cours
• Getting your hands dirty and taking on the biggest clients/accounts where necessary
• Putting internationalization on the agenda

PROFILE

You are a transformational manager with:

• Solid coaching and sales skills
• The tendency to go above and beyond for your team
• Experience in a SaaS or tech environment
• Fluency in Dutch and English
