Field Service Engineer 4-Stroke (Worldwide Field Services)

I have a great opportunity with a strong company where I am looking for Field Service Engineers to join the team living in or near Antwerp, are willing to travel worldwide, and speak both Dutch and English.

Hands-on knowledge of mechanics, engines, drives, electromechanics, and experience in the maritime sector is plus.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair activities on 4-stroke engines.
• Lead and support service technicians during maintenance, commissioning, performance testing, and root cause analysis.
• Carry out planned, unplanned, preventive, and troubleshooting maintenance tasks.
• Assist with preventive vibration measurements, analysis, and follow-up maintenance.
• Install, implement, and troubleshoot field services worldwide.
• Complete assigned tasks and sub-projects independently.
• Provide operational support throughout all project stages.
• Identify spare part requirements for service activities.
• Analyze maintenance data and propose improvements.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of 4-stroke engines and a maritime background.
• EU passport (no work permits possible).
• Driver’s license B (to reach our office in Noorderlaan 181, Antwerp harbor).
• Living in or near Antwerp is a must.
• Flexible to work worldwide, sometimes for several weeks.
• Availability to work during weekends when required.
• Open to a non-9-to-5 job structure with frequent travel abroad.
