We are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales to join our team and play a key role in our growth. You will be the one opening the right doors, building trust with decision-makers, and helping us have an even greater impact.

• Define and deploy an ambitious sales strategy, targeting strategic companies and partners;
• Use your network and experience to generate opportunities and quickly close deals;
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers (C-level, sustainability directors, procurement managers…) and become their trusted partner;
• Manage the entire sales cycle (prospection, negotiation, closing) independently;
• Share your field insights with marketing and product teams to refine our messaging and offering;
• Represent Tapio at events, conferences, and within your ecosystem, as a true ambassador of the climate transition;
• Inspire and support more junior sales profiles, sharing your best practices;
• Contribute to the creation of specific sales playbooks.

• You are a passionate salesperson – it’s in your DNA;
• You consistently hit your targets;
• You have at least 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, consulting, or sustainability), with proven success;
• You know how to close complex deals with large accounts and navigate among high-level decision-makers;
• You have an active network and know how to leverage it to generate new opportunities;
• You are fluent in French, English, and Dutch;
• You are autonomous, strategic, persistent – yet always collaborative and positive;
