Method Transfer & Validation Specialist


Introduction


Are you an experienced laboratory professional with strong expertise in analytical methods and a hands-on approach? We are partnering with a modern pharmaceutical company that develops and manufactures veterinary products, and they are looking for a specialist to lead the implementation, transfer, and validation of analytical methods. Working in a highly regulated GMP environment, your skills in chromatography (HPLC/UPLC) and proficiency with Empower will be highly valued from day one.


This is a full-time Consulting position, starting in October 2025, with the duration of 6-12 months with the possibility of extension.


Location: Northern Antwerp Region, Belgium (Hybrid / On-site).


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate method transfers and the implementation of new analytical methods.
  • Plan, execute, and document method validations in compliance with GMP and data integrity standards.
  • Apply advanced chromatographic techniques (HPLC/UPLC; GC experience is a plus) and perform data analysis in Empower.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) in collaboration with QA, QC, and Production teams.
  • Troubleshoot and refine analytical methods, driving continuous improvement.
  • Deliver accurate, fully documented results aligned with GMP requirements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in method transfer, implementation, and validation within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Practical expertise in chromatography (HPLC/UPLC, GC) and routine use of Empower.
  • Strong hands-on mindset with the ability to manage complex analyses.
  • Solid understanding of GMP guidelines and quality systems.
  • Flexibility to work on-site as required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) and start-up/facility qualification projects.
  • Strong background in method optimization and advanced analytical techniques.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, highly regulated environments.
