Accountant - Up to 6000€ + Full Package

Our client is a leading player in the industrial sector, operating multiple sites across Belgium. As they continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team as the right-hand to the CFO.

Accountant – The Job

You will work closely with the group’s CFO, supporting him in the day-to-day accounting and one-off projects. The key responsibilities include:

• The booking of the invoices into the accounting system (Exact Online)
• The processing of other operations and documents (provisions, investments, salaries, bank statements) for month- and year-end closings
• The completion and deposit of monthly VAT returns
• The preparation of the company’s annual accounts and corporate income tax return
• Supporting the CFO in the internalization of some of the subsidiaries’ accounting, which are up to now handled by an external partner

Accountant – About You

• You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• You have at least 6 years’ experience in a similar role
• You are fluent in Dutch

Accountant – The Offer

The salary package is structured as follows:

• Up to 6000€ gross/month, 13th month & holiday pay
• Meal vouchers, net expenses
• Company car, fuel card

The company offers flexible working hours, up to 2 to 3 days per week of homeworking. The working week is 40 hours, so you are entitled to 32 days of annual leave.
