Credit Collection Specialist - Arabic/English

Your responsabilities as a Credit Collection Specialist are:

- Assist with the collection of outstanding invoices, and the credit review of new and existing customers. The role will

- Responsible for the customer ageing balance of a division

- Act as single point of contact for customers regarding their debts, payment dates/plans and disputes.

- Lead the review and update calls with the stakeholders.

This position is international with a focus on the EMEA region, especially the Middle East.

What can we expect from you?

- You have minimum 3 years of proven experience in Collection / Credit Management environments

- You have experience in collection process

- You have a previous experience with collection calls with the Middle East region and governmental agencies/organizations

- You are proficient in Excel. Experience with MS D365 or any ERP system

- You are fluent in Arabic (Middle East) and English

What can you expect from us?

- Gross monthly salary : 3200€ to 3900€ (depending on experience)

- Meal vouchers (7,45€ / day)
