Account Manager Food Retail (mfd)

CCR is the largest producer, supplier, and installer of refrigeration and freezer cabinets in the Benelux. Our solutions can be found in convenience stores, petrol stations, discounters, supermarkets, and fresh produce wholesalers in Belgium.

CCR employs 230 people and has locations in Herentals (BE) and Nieuwegein (NL).

Our Food Retail customer portfolio is experiencing strong growth in Belgium. To provide even more attention and support to both central organizations and their individual franchisees, we are looking for a passionate commercial talent.

As an Account Manager, you are always up to date with the latest developments in fresh product presentation and know how to link these to our wide product range. With your experience in Food Retail store concepts, you support your customers in achieving the right implementation and appearance of their store design. In addition, you are able to translate the international contracts between Carrier and its European Food Retail Key Accounts into your work area in Belgium and maximize the opportunities arising from them.

Together with the Sales Director, you work on building a strong relationship network and a financially profitable business unit.

You keep an overview of developments and, in cooperation with your international colleagues, relay customer needs in order to contribute to the company’s long-term continuity.

Ideally, you bring the following competencies and knowledge:

• Strong communication skills (proficiency in French, English and Dutch is essential)
• Customer-oriented; you understand the business within a chain model
• Attention to detail – “Retail is Detail” – combined with stress resistance and a proactive mindset
• Entrepreneurial, always with a positive and energetic attitude
• A professional bachelor-level education is desired, with technical affinity considered an advantage
