Currently we are looking for a Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager for our Belgium plant:

In this key leadership role, you’ll head up our Group Process and Manufacturing Engineering department—providing strategic direction, inspiring your team, and shaping the future of our manufacturing processes.

By leveraging the latest technologies and collaborating with external partners, you'll ensure we deliver high-quality products and solutions that meet customer and market demands. Responsibilities:

• Managing industrialization activities, including planning, budgeting, documentation, coordination, feasibility, and cost-efficiency, in close collaboration with manufacturing plants;
• Driving standardization across departments and ensuring consistent application of engineering standards and requirements;
• Directing manufacturing and engineering resources to support next-generation products, systems, markets, and ongoing business growth;
• Providing technical support for product and process launches in close cooperation with manufacturing sites;
• Managing the Engineering department (8 FTE);
• Conducting process assessments on operations, process control, equipment, and maintenance;
• Advising the EVP OEM on strategic operational decisions, such as plant relocations or expansions;
• Leading continuous improvement processes and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Skills & expertise:

• Master’s degree Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred);
• Strong technical expertise in engineering principles and fundamentals;
• Ideally, ten years associated operations experience in an international environment;
• Direct hands-on interaction with customer engineering departments;
• Excellent management and presentation skills;
• Good understanding and experience with Lean manufacturing.
