Job Title: Project Manager

Contract Duration: 06 months with possibility of extension

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Working Environment: Hybrid; 2-3 days per week onsite

EU citizenship required

Languages: Speak/understand/write in 3 languages NL/FR/EN

This multi-year program aims to:

• Migrate to modern SAP solutions that provide a flexible and scalable infrastructure to support future growth.
• Gradually phase out the current highly customized SAP solutions (the so-called ECC), which have become complex and difficult to maintain.
• Establish end-to-end business process management to optimize operations and better respond to the changing needs of the various departments within the end client.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within the shERPa program, you will be responsible for several migration projects spanning all functional domains such as S2P, P2MA, R2R, Q2C, MFP, CS, SCM, and H2R.

This includes:

• Data Cleansing
• Data Migration
• Business Partner Migration (Customer-Vendor Integration)

Evaluation Criteria

• You have relevant project experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA data migrations.
• You have completed at least one project involving SAP Business Partner migration.
• You have completed at least one project in Data Cleansing in preparation for Data Migration, involving more than 5 stakeholder groups (Finance, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Sales, Customer Service).

Conformity Criteria

• Trilingual: able to speak, understand, and write in Dutch, French, and English.
• Completed at least 1 full S/4HANA project.
• More than 10 years of experience leading SAP IT data projects.
• Knowledge of SAP in at least 3 domains.
• PMI or APICS certification.
