We're looking for a TENDER MANAGER to drive our tendering strategy, lead a growing team of Tender Engineers, and play a key role in the digital transformation of our department. If you thrive in a technical and dynamic setting, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

TENDER MANAGER, Head of a team of Tender Engineers

Your Role :

• Lead the preparation and submission of competitive, high-quality tenders for industrial piping projects.
• Define bid strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, planning, legal).
• Supervise cost estimation and ensure timely delivery of all tender documents.
• Represent the company in client meetings and clarification sessions.
• Manage and grow a team of Tender Engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Drive the digitalization of tendering processes: implement new tools, optimize workflows, and promote a culture of innovation.
• Contribute to process improvement and support the company’s ambitious growth.

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in tender management within an EPC environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of piping (or HVAC systems).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience or strong interest in digital transformation and process optimization.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Organized, strategic, and a natural communicator.
