Power Apps Engineer


At RoboRana, we scale organizations with AI-powered automation. To strengthen our Power Platform Chapter, we’re looking for a Power Apps Engineer with a passion for building smart business apps and the curiosity to challenge the status quo.


What you'll do

  • Design and build applications using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps.
  • Challenge and inspire your colleagues in our Power Chapter (most of whom are Power Automate experts) with your Power Apps know-how.
  • Work closely with consultants and automation engineers, transforming business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Take immediate ownership in our Chapter: you’ll be the go-to expert on Power Apps, guiding colleagues and setting best practices.
  • Explore integrations with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint and Teams.
  • Act as a technical challenger: question assumptions, propose alternatives, and push for better solutions.


Who you are

  • 1–5 years of experience with Power Apps development (Canvas + Model-Driven).
  • Familiar with Dataverse and integrating apps into the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Analytical and hands-on: able to think end-to-end but also deliver working apps.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English, collaborative, and motivated to take on responsibility early.


Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Power Automate and Logic Apps. Most of our Chapter today is strong in automation, so your Power Apps expertise will be a valuable complement.
  • Experience with ALM practices (DevOps pipelines, environment management, etc.).
  • Interest in governance, security roles, and helping shape best practices.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Functional Consultant) or PL-400 (Developer) are a strong plus. PL-600 (Solution Architect) or Azure certifications (AZ-204) are considered an asset.
