Freelance HR Program Manager

A well renowned logistics company are currently searching for a HR Program Manager for a transformation project they are currently working on within their HR team. They are looking for a senior profile with specific expertise in Human Resources, Data Program Management. The initial contract will be till the end of the year (extendable) and a hybrid working model of 2 days a week on site in Brussels.br/ br/ h2Role /h2 ul liProgram Management: Get up to speed with HR Projects lead the Project Team on different initiatives e.g. RFP update before end of the year /li liStakeholder Management: Ensure all parties who need to be involved are updated well collaborated /li liData Driven: Investigate Data to come up with solutions to ensure effective decision are made in line with suppliers /li /ul br/ h2Profile /h2 ul liProgram Manager with 5+ years' experience /li liHR Expert: Job Designs, Talent Management Performance Management /li liData Driven: Essential to be Data Savvy /li liFluent in 1 National Language Understanding of the second (Dutch French) /li /ul
