Freelance Digital Transformation Consultant

A forward-thinking Digital Transformation company based in Leuven, Belgium, driving strategic innovation and technology enablement for businesses across multiple industries. Their mission is to help clients reimagine business models, enhance operational efficiency, and adopt digital technologies to stay competitive in an evolving digital landscape.br/ They are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Digital Transformation Consultant to support and lead transformation initiatives over the next 12 months.br/ As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with our internal teams and client stakeholders to design, implement, and manage digital transformation projects. You'll bring expertise in business analysis, process improvement, change management, and digital strategy to ensure successful project delivery.br/ br/ h2Key responsibilities /h2 ul liCollaborate with client stakeholders to assess current digital maturity and define transformation goals. /li liLead discovery sessions and workshops to gather business requirements. /li liDesign and MAP optimized processes using digital tools and methodologies. /li liSupport the development and implementation of new digital solutions and technologies. /li liMonitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. /li liProvide change management guidance and training to ensure user adoption. /li /ul br/ h2Key requirements /h2 ul liProven experience (5+ years) in digital transformation, business consulting, or IT strategy. /li liStrong understanding of digital tools and platforms (ERP, CRM, RPA, cloud solutions, etc.). /li liSolid experience in process mapping and business analysis. /li liExperience in change management and user adoption strategies. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus. /li /ul
