About the Role

As a Head of Growth / Growth Marketeer at Predikt, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our go-to-market engine. You’ll own the tools, channels, and tactics that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. From outbound campaigns to digital ads, you’ll set up, run, and scale growth experiments that bring Predikt’s value proposition to market.

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with a technical mindset: an operator who knows HubSpot inside out, masters outbound and GTM automation tools (like Clay and Baseloop), and can confidently run campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms. You're constantly curious about which tools can add real value and how we can optimize our go-to-market process to unlock growth. This is not a product marketing role — it’s about building a repeatable growth machine from the ground up.


Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize our marketing automation stack, with deep expertise in HubSpot.
  • Design and run outbound campaigns using tools like Clay and Baseloop.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and other digital campaigns.
  • Build scalable processes for lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline growth.
  • Track and analyze performance to refine tactics and scale what works.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and sales to align on growth priorities.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM operations in SaaS/tech.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound technologies and GTM tools (e.g., Clay, Baseloop).
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to design, measure, and iterate growth experiments.
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup.


Nice to Haves

  • Experience scaling early-stage B2B SaaS go-to-market.
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation or enrichment tools.
  • Prior experience in procurement, or enterprise SaaS markets.
  • Exposure to event marketing (e.g., webinars, conferences) as part of demand generation.
  • Ability to create or guide content (e.g., posts, blogs, case studies) as part of growth initiatives.
