About the Role

As a Product Designer at Predikt, you will be at the heart of creating intuitive and impactful user experiences for our enterprise SaaS platform. Working closely with our product and engineering teams, you’ll take ownership of the design process in Figma, shaping how our users interact with complex data and workflows.

We’re looking for someone proactive and structured, who can turn ideas into clear designs without needing handholding. If you have a strong product mindset and a passion for transforming complexity into simplicity, this role is for you.

We welcome candidates interested in joining either on a 60% part-time basis or full-time (100%), depending on availability.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences in Figma, from wireframes to polished interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business and technical goals.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Build, maintain, and evolve our design system as we scale.
• Proactively identify design opportunities and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Figma and modern design tools.
• A product mindset: you care about solving problems, not just designing screens.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing SaaS products for enterprise users.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Background in building or maintaining design systems.
