🔎 I'm hiring a Data Scientist – Ghent

Are you passionate about turning complex data into real-world impact? I'm looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join a growing analytics team in Ghent.

What you’ll do

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support strategic decision-making.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings with non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to define problems and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Continuously improve models, pipelines, and analytics capabilities.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytics role.
• Strong skills in Python or R, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks.
• Solid background in statistics and data modeling.
• Experience with big data platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch/French is a bonus).
