Junior performance marketeer

As our junior performance marketeer, you will support the execution and optimisation of digital campaigns for several prado brands. Reporting to the digital marketing lead, you will work across multiple channels and use data insights to improve performance step by step. You will be part of a dedicated marketing team of ten professionals, where collaboration and ambition go hand in hand.

From paid advertising to influencer collaborations, you will gain hands-on experience with the full performance marketing mix across global markets. Recently, we worked with an American influencer who generated 4.5 million organic impressions for us - proof that working at prado is anything but ordinary.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google ads, Meta ads, TikTok ads and more.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Work closely with the marketing lead and wider marketing team to align with business goals.
• Assist in marketing automation, CRM, and influencer collaborations.
• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, or equivalent relevant experience, ideally within a digital agency or fast-growing company.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
• Basic knowledge in conversion tracking, data analytics, and A/B testing.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
