Job Description

Location: Wavre (Belgium)

We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Area Sales Manager to drive Biorius’ commercial growth in your assigned region. In this role, you’ll focus on expanding our client portfolio, nurturing strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Management

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Convert leads to long-term clients through consultative selling.
  • Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline.

 

Account Management & Client Growth

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.

 

International Sales & Market Presence

  • Represent Biorius at international trade shows, industry fairs, and professional events.
  • Act as an ambassador for Biorius, positioning the company as a leading partner in cosmetic regulatory consulting.


Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the sales strategy by identifying new market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but not a must - relevant experience matters too!
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in international B2B sales - a must for this role.
  • Background in the cosmetics industry or a related field - a strong plus.
  • Must be fluent in both French and English (written & spoken); additional languages are a valuable bonus!
  • Proven deal-closer with strong negotiation skills and a track record of driving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building trust and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with a clear focus on outcomes.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, international environments and adapts easily to changing priorities.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Able to manage time efficiently.
