As a HelpDesk Agent, your mission is to provide fast and effective IT support to our internal customers. You are the face of the IT department and ensure that employees can perform their work undisturbed. You solve problems within the set timeframe, escalate more complex issues and signal recurring problems to promote structural solutions. With your customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, you ensure satisfied users and an efficient IT environment.
