Technical Sales Representative


The Junior Technical Sales Representative is a proactive individual with a keen sense of initiative and a basic affinity for technology and/or construction. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while providing technical support for the company’s products or services. The role plays a crucial part in managing sales, offering technical advice, and ensuring client follow-up.

 

Responsibilities

1. Commercial Development:

  • Handle the follow-up of customer requests and daily leads
  • Prepare offers according to the specifications using our online tools
  • Schedule and organize site visits
  • Monitor and support the execution process


2. Technical Support:

• Understand clients’ technical needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Provide technical advice on products or services.

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve specific client queries.


3. Project and Sales Follow-Up:

• Prepare and submit quotes and commercial proposals.

• Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with management.

• Track orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Effectively report to the commercial management team.


Desired Profile:

Education: Commercial, technical, or a similar field of study.

Commercial Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Personal Traits: Independent, team player, organized, and persistent.

Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and French (+ English).


Employment Terms:

Contract: Permanent or temporary (to be determined).

Mobility: Frequent travel within the designated work area.

Salary: Fixed salary (€2,350 - €3,000) + variable based on commercial performance.
