We’re looking for a motivated graduate or entry-level candidate to join our team as Sales & Recruitment Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career at the crossroads of sales, recruitment, and AI consulting.

Your Role

As Sales & Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in building our network of talent and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment & Community Building

• Identify, attract, and interview consultants with expertise in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Build and nurture our community of experts and partners.
• Support consultants throughout their missions and strengthen long-term relationships.

Sales & Business Development

• Research the market to identify opportunities with SMEs and corporates adopting AI.
• Reach out to prospective clients and help them understand how Apex can support their AI journey.
• Assist in preparing offers, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Operations & Support

• Manage job postings, CV pipelines, and social media outreach.
• Support our internal processes, including contract administration and timesheet follow-up.

AI Enablement Exposure

• Work closely with our consultants on projects in agentic AI, Copilot Studio, and automation platforms like n8n.
• Gain insights into how businesses adopt AI — from discovery workshops to implementation.
• Help organize events, demos, or webinars to showcase Apex Consulting's AI expertise.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a curious and ambitious graduate who’s eager to grow:

• Bachelor or Master in Business, HR, Communication, or related field.
• Strong interest in AI and technology-driven consulting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
• Communicative and proactive, with a natural drive to connect people.
• Organized and structured, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• No prior experience required — just the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
