Technical Analyst

As a Technical Analyst, you play a key role in translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions. Within the mobile application team, you work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developers, Testers, and Architects to ensure that solutions are technically sound, feasible, and aligned with our architectural vision, quality standards, and security requirements.

Your first major assignment will be a strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiative, where you will help design and deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions in alignment with enterprise security policies.

Function description

1. Technical Analysis & Solution Design

• Translate functional requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Architecture to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, cloud strategy, mobile security requirements, and overall system design.
• Analyze and model APIs, data flows, and integrations for optimal performance, security, and scalability — including the replacement/re-design of legacy webservices (SOAP) with new REST APIs.

2. Domain Expertise

• Provide technical guidance in mobile application development (iOS and Android), including integration with backend systems via APIs.
• Advise on cloud-based solutions and infrastructure, ensuring security, performance.
• Embed mobile security best practices in the design and delivery process.
• Support IAM-related projects, including authentication/authorization flows, identity lifecycle, privileged access management, and integration with enterprise directory services.

3. Agile Delivery

• Work in an Agile squad, actively participating in refinement, planning, and review sessions.
• Prepare and refine features in advance to ensure smooth development with minimal surprises.
• Slice and deliver work incrementally in sprints, combining elaboration and construction.
• Support Developers and Testers during build and test phases to ensure coherence between specifications and the delivered solution.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Role Support

• Act as the liaison between Business, Architecture, and Development teams.
• Partner with the Business Analyst to refine requirements and ensure testability.
• Support Quality Assurance in defining and validating acceptance criteria.
• Contribute beyond your primary role when needed to help the squad achieve sprint goals.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required experience / knowledge

At least 5–10 years of relevant experience in technical analysis or solution design.

Technical experience

• Strong knowledge of analysis methodologies and technical design patterns.
• Proven experience with APIs and integration design (REST, authentication, versioning, deprecation strategies).
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, PAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, identity lifecycle management).

• Experience in mobile platforms (iOS, Android), cloud services, and mobile application security.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
