Your Mission

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Events Intern who wants to learn how the flexible workspace and event world works. You’ll support our sales and marketing team in attracting new clients, showcasing our spaces, and helping to create memorable events.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in prospecting and lead generation (LinkedIn, email, events).
  • Support the sales team in client follow-up and proposals.
  • Prepare presentations and offers for meeting rooms, offices, and event venues.
  • Participate in client visits and help create an exceptional first impression.
  • Help coordinate events hosted in our spaces (from client requests to onsite support).
  • Work on marketing actions to boost visibility (social media, campaigns, events).


Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate (business, hospitality, marketing, or similar).
  • Motivated, positive, and curious about sales, hospitality, and events.
  • Interested in coworking, business centers, or event spaces.
  • Comfortable with communication (French/English, Dutch is a plus).
  • Organized, eager to learn, and not afraid to take initiative.
