Key Skills
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the superfoods market, consumer trends, and basic food regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage retail, wholesale, and foodservice partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and develop pricing and promotion strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to coordinate across marketing, logistics, and production.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI systems).
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new retail and distribution partners while strengthening existing client relationships.
- Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, proposal management, and promotional planning.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by tracking market trends and competitor activity.
- Define and execute sales strategies, set targets, and report performance to management.
- Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and represent the brand at trade shows and events.
- Oversee operational aspects such as stock coordination, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Good negotiation techniques and with a target-driven mindset
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and mentor sales staff effectively
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English and preferably French too
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexible
- Understanding of the superfood market, health trends, and consumer behavior is a plus
