Dishes with Açai, with the Açai bowl being the most popular, has quickly become indispensable in a sporty, healthy lifestyle, and many shops and breakfast bars are adding the berries to their offerings.

Holy Berry products are unique, innovative, and sustainable, sourced from like-minded producers and suppliers who support their original habitats and local communities.


Key Skills

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the superfoods market, consumer trends, and basic food regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage retail, wholesale, and foodservice partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and develop pricing and promotion strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to coordinate across marketing, logistics, and production.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI systems).


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new retail and distribution partners while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, proposal management, and promotional planning.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by tracking market trends and competitor activity.
  • Define and execute sales strategies, set targets, and report performance to management.
  • Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and represent the brand at trade shows and events.
  • Oversee operational aspects such as stock coordination, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Good negotiation techniques and with a target-driven mindset
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and mentor sales staff effectively
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English and preferably French too
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexible
  • Understanding of the superfood market, health trends, and consumer behavior is a plus
