Your impact as an intern
Are you passionate about learning, coaching, and helping people grow? Then this internship is for you! As part of the Learning & Coaching team, you’ll support the training and development of our customer service agents. You’ll help create training materials, organize sessions, and follow up on coaching programs.
What will you do?
✅ Contribute to the design and adaptation of training and coaching programs
✅ Support the creation of learning documents and e-learning modules
✅ Help organize virtual and in-person training sessions
✅ Assist with communication around processes, tools, and internal events
✅ Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training approach and learning experiences
Who are you?
🎓 You’re studying HR, Education, Communication, Psychology, Organization & Management, or a related field
🗣️ You’re communicative, empathetic, and well-organized
