All Deluge products are carefully developed in Belgium, using natural, nourishing ingredients and a distinctive fragrance that defines the brand’s signature. We are currently active mainly in the Belgian market but are preparing for international expansion.

OUR STORY

Deluge was founded by Sarah Puttemans and her mother Dominique Van Etterijk, born from their shared passion for beauty, hair care, and aesthetics. The brand is founded on the belief that true beauty comes from within and begins with loving self-care.

The fragrance of our products—created by a renowned Belgian perfumer—reflects the elegant world of Sarah and Dominique. It combines their favourite scents in a harmonious blend of natural elements and innovative molecular technology. Each care moment becomes a luxurious and personal ritual.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Deluge is seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Product Development Manager to lead and execute product launches across multiple categories. You’ll work cross-functionally, balancing creativity with operational excellence, and play a key role in taking our brand to the next level.

What do we expect from you?

• You have 3+ years of experience in product development within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• You have strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• You are an effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• You are proactive, have a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• You are in the ability to translate brand identity into tangible product experiences.
• You are comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• You have technical knowledge of product formulation and packaging across beauty/home/gifting categories.
• You have a deep passion for beauty, aesthetics, and lifestyle.

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?

As our Senior Product Development Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Deluge’s brand values and identity.
• Collaborate with founders, perfumers, formulators, designers, and suppliers to develop innovative and luxurious products.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify white space opportunities.
• Create and manage development timelines, budgets, and critical paths.
• Oversee technical and regulatory processes, including packaging development, formula testing, stability, and certifications.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are met across all product touchpoints.
• Provide creative input on product concepts, packaging aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Support go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
