Role Overview:

The Client Services Officer will serve as a key point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating services, and supporting operational processes to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving client issues or escalate them to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Prepare and distribute client communications, reports, and updates.
  • Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in client services, customer support, or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and client management software.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
