We are looking for a Medior Data Functional Analyst that will play a key role in shaping how the company leverages data to improve shipping efficiency, optimize cargo flows, strengthen supply chain performance, and support more sustainable operations.

🌍 What you’ll be doing

• Gather and analyse reporting needs from various departments (operations, planning, sales, finance, and IT)
• Translate business questions into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable BI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and one-on-one sessions to bring clarity and alignment on priorities.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to design, test, and deliver dashboards, analytics, and data models.
• Ensure BI projects run smoothly from start to finish, from requirements to rollout and adoption.
• Spot opportunities for process improvements and data-driven efficiency gains.
• Help colleagues grow their data literacy and self-service reporting skills.
• Keep an eye on quality, compliance, and documentation so solutions are reliable and sustainable.

🤝 Where you fit in

You’ll report directly to the Data & BI Manager and work closely with the Data and IT teams. Collaboration is at the heart of this role: the best solutions come from combining expertise across disciplines.

🛠️ What your toolkit includes:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or DevOps environments.
• Strong skills in writing clear user stories and turning them into valuable BI products.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data wrangling, and business process mapping.
• Familiarity with data modeling, data management, and ensuring data quality.
• Basic SQL skills and an understanding of data security and compliance.
• A good eye for data visualizations best practices.
