Supply Chain Specialist

Mission

At Dries Van Noten, each piece carries intention — from design to delivery.

As our Logistics and invoice executive, you ensure that everything leaving our house reflects the same care, precision, and quality that defines our collections. You play a key role in the daily coordination of order processing, stock movements, shipments, and communication with both clients and internal teams.


Your Tasks & responsibilities

  • Review and confirm client orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreed terms and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all locations, including inbound and outbound stock movements
  • Prepare, verify, and issue invoices in collaboration with finance, ensuring alignment with order documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments in partnership with our 3PL provider, ensuring timely and complete delivery
  • Manage all shipping documentation ensuring full compliance with regulations
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding logistics and delivery questions
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery or documentation issues
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, delays, and aftercare, maintaining a high service level
  • Liaise with partners to organise transport and troubleshoot logistical challenges
  • Contribute to improving logistics workflows and ensuring consistent data accuracy across systems

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field in Fashion is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in invoicing, shipping, or logistics.
  • Experience with international shipments and understanding of customs regulations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a strong asset
